At ScentYou.pk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy for all eligible products.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and has at least 90% of the fragrance remaining to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a clear photo of the product within 7 days of delivery.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Once your request is approved, securely pack the bottle in its original box and ship it back to our fulfillment center using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Process Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or issue a refund via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 3-5 business days.
